The month of March will determine your readiness for the marathon. If you can do it without injury, you will run 50+ miles per week, including three long runs of 20+ miles, during March. Your job in February is to recover sufficiently so that your body can safely absorb the March mileage, April taper, and London Marathon. You sound like you have the discipline to succeed!
