Well I ran on Friday, although I felt a tad lethargic. Once I got going I was Ok and did about 15km. However, the next day I felt like flu was coming on, and then Sunday, Bang! completely knowcked out by some virus. Feels worse than flu. I could hardly get out of the sofa, was sweating and could not eat anything. Just taking on water. I have took painkillers but Im still sofa bound today too. How long it will last I dont know? But how much can something like this set you back. I haven't done more than 13 miles yet and the London Marathon is on April 22nd
