Good ideas but I used everyone of those tricks last week in order to run a fun 5k with a friend. Ive run 10-12 mi runs at night after work but the thought of 20 is crazy.
I am going to take the advice. I think I will push it up a week, which should not be terrible from a recovery standpoint. I would rather get there feeling rested than potentially worn out.
