My mom started me on supplements when I was a kid. When I moved out I quit taking supplements (they cost money!) and sure enough I could feel my energy lag, an increased susceptibility for colds, etc. So, I've been taking supplements again for a while now. All I buy (for convenience sake for me) is GNC. I take 2 tablets of calcium complete a day, 1 tablet of Ester-C 1000 time released a day (anti-oxidant), 1 natural E 400 iu a day, and 1 ultra mega a day. After a serious run or if I feel a cold trying to hit my I take an extra C and an extra E a day as they're both anti-oxidants. I also take an iron supplement, but that's more of a female thing.
