You said you've been training since October. How much did you run before that? What is your mileage base?
These things are really important. If you had a sufficient mileage base built up before you started training for the marathon, you are fine. Don't worry about the pace so much and run it for the 5:00 time. I definately would not do a long run at marathon pace but you should do some shorter runs at that pace so you get used to what it feels like.
One thing that you should know is that it is normal to go completely crazy during your taper period. You will feel aches and pains that don't exist. You'll want to go run all the time. You'll question every little part of your training and wonder if you did the right things.
Trust yourself and your training. Let the taper do its job and have fun in the race!
