When I trained for my first marathon last year, the same happened to me. I'm 5'3" and 122 pounds, so according to those idiosyncratic height-weight charts, I'm actually "overweight," but I'm skinny as a rail and wear a size 4. It's better to go by how you feel rather than how much you weigh. If you're feeling good and strong on your long runs, the number on the scale shouldn't matter.
