Thanks guys for your responses...I guess maybe I havent been eating enough carbs? My eating hasnt really changed too much since I started training; usually cereal for breakfast, pb&j and fruit for lunch, and then cooking something for dinner like pasta or sandwiches or whatever. ive been trying to drink gatorade too so that i dont feel as dead later. i guess im kind of worried to eat more because i dont want to gain any weight. any suggestions on ways to get more carbs without eating a ton more? my training program does give rest weeks, in fact this is a rest week----hopefully that will help me feel better by the end of it.
