I would suggest you read Nancy Clark's book "Food for Marathoners". I think you need to snack more during the day to even out your blood sugar. This will help decrease your craving. And of course you have to mentally put your mind to it to do this. Fruit is good or pretzels. Just make sure you don't over do it. A handful of each is good. Almonds also are a great snack.
