Thanks for your answer. No, I've been running for many years but I got more serious the last 3 years. Just after I ran the MCM last October I started to struggle keeping my weight around 100. Now I'm 105 and clothes still feel fine, and since I haven't run a 10K or anything like that I cannot tell if I'm slower or not. I'm just wondering if I should take it easier, if these fluctuations are okay, or if I should take a closer look, go back to 100 as soon as I can and be more vigilant... Sorry if the question seems silly...
