I was recently informed by a running store salesperson that I might have one leg that is longer than the other. This came about from discussing the fact that I get blisters on one foot and not the other. After watching my walk and jog in my current running shoes and then bare-foot, the salesperson observed that I tend to kick out one of my legs, as well as some other signs that indicate that one leg might be longer.
Does anyone else have this issue? The salesperson suggested that I try to add a little lift to my shorter leg by inserting the heel portion of a running shoe insert underneath the insert of my current pair. Will this work? Do I need to go see someone (ie. sports medicine practioner) about this?
