That you think might be of interest or even of help to others? Personally whenever possible I eat a bowl of brown rice and tomato soup. Plenty of carbs, and vitamins from the rice and salt from the soup. Digestible and palatable on a nervous stomach. I find it helps my long runs or a marathon if I'm in town and have it available.
