You have probably heard this advice before but maybe taking a few days or so off and doing some cross training like elliptical machine or cycling. I am not sure what it could be but when I had some serious SI joint pain and it would not get any better, I went to an MD who specializes in sports medicine. Maybe a massage might help too. Good luck!
