Losing my base

Just when it looked like I was going to have a banner year a series if setbacks have me back to square one.... found out have sports anemia, got sick for weeks, etc etc. It has been about a month now that my training has deteriorated with the last 3 weeks only logging in average 8 miles/week. 2 weeks before that I was sick and went down to 20 miles/week.

Does anyone have any ideas on how long will it take to get my base back and on track? Assuming I can recover from this anemia by end of Feb- mid March would a June marathon seem too ambitious?

All these setbacks have me depressed and with my "all or nothing" mentality I am having trouble staying motivated because i feel like I blew it.
