There are ultramarathoners and ironman athletes who do the extraordinary regularly. I'm an average athlete. I started my first marathon in Jan., 03, and then that fall ran MarineCorps and NYC on back-to-back week-ends, and was elated. Three weeks later I ran a PR in Philadelphia. Have you ever had an experience with marathoning frequently that surprised you? God bless those who do this because they have trained this way and it is their version of the sport. I'm curious about everybody here who has attempted frequency. What was your experience, will you do the like again, etc??????????
