'Ey you lolo buggahs...I foun' dat da bes' stuff to use fo' da marathon ting is da poi. You get one Lavabelt and fill dem' squeezy bottles with da poi..nevah mind dat energy gel da kine, poi all natural and go so easy on da stomach. Den' you go fast like da wind. But make sure you got da water to wash down da poi befoah you choke, da purple stuff coming back out yo' nose not too pretty, eh? Also I'm trying da coconut milk instead of da Gatorade next race...mebbe you lose a little time in da bat-troom with da runs but it's cheapah, yah? Aloha!!!
