We got a Starbucks barista machine for Christmas so I'm partial to my coffee. I would say 5-6 cups a day is too much for runners or non runners for that matter. 1-3 cups to me are OK. I don't drink on the AM of an organized run. As a group we are fitter than 99% of humanity and that's good enough for me. I wish all on this BB good health, happiness, and prosperity in this new year.
