a rather embarassing topic...
I am a relatively experienced runner but i have long noticed that to run more than 30 min i need to ... well have nothing in my stomach or else i will invariably find myself in delicate situation in the middle of my run. I addressed this by running on a treadmill or by spending hours on the toilet before a race or a long run.
Is using laxative recommanded for runners? May need to compensate for sodium/potassium depletion !
my diet is relatively normal and rich in fiber etc,,, i would have never noticed this problem if i had never started running.
