Hello,

I am new to running and am just now starting a training program for the Mayor's Midnight Sun Marathon in Anchorage, Alaska on June 19th. I have a female problem that is driving me enough nuts I may not complete my goal. I have had two children, and have to deal with urinary stress incontinence with any jumping, jarring, jogging, and even sneezing! I plan to get rid of the darn uterus that is causing the problem (by having sagged and now laying on top of the bladder) after I graduate nursing school, but that won't be until after this years marathon. Does anyone else deal with this problem, and how do you handle it? I am particularly worried about when I get up to my longer runs, and have to stay hydrated. I have included my email address if you would rather not reply to a community board. Thanks for your time:)
