Congratulations on wanting to pick up the challenge, but the decision to run a (first) marathon has to be taken more than 15 weeks in advance. I must confess, however, that I believe one needs to be in marathon shape before taking on an 18-week training program (which should not be used not to get in shape but to become race-ready).
Increase the frequency of your runs and total mileage (gradually!) until mid-winter and then decide which summer marathon you would like to run. And then, only then, embark on a marathon specific program.
