One month training for Philly Marathon

I started training for a marathon a little over three weeks ago. My goal was/is to do one in late winter/early spring 2004. Is it possible to do it next week? My running history: for the last 5 years or so, I have been running in the warm weather (about 8 months per year) about an average of 2x per week, 3.5 to 5.0 miles, with a few longer runs a few times each year. Until three weeks ago I never ran farther than 7.5 ever (and the last time I did that was 2 years ago). I decided 4 weeks ago to train for a marathon. I have been running 3 or 4 times per week. Did weekly long runs of 8.9 miles, 10.2 miles, then 15 last weekend (2:16). I signed up for Philly just on a whim with the intention to do half as a training run. But now I am considering going for the whole thing, with 1 or 2 minute walk breaks at the water stations. Is this possible or am I dreaming? Is it stupid? (I'm pretty sure it is). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
