thanks, all of you, as far as being in shape, I think I'm going to be fine with that. I can run 15 miles without trouble now, and I have months to go. I'm thinking about running the mad city marathon since my running partner lives here, and wants to run this one.
Also, I wanted to ask, if I have ITBS, and it doesn't really hurt on the short runs, but on long ones it starts hurting, will it get better if I just stop running whenever it starts hurting? thanks Danielle
