Hi. You asked for some feedback.
The following is a good resource for "heavier than average runners"
http://www.cvrt.org
You'll find a wide collection of larger runners here; some are large due to obesity, and some are large because they are tall and/or musclear. As an aside, this is a moderated group; the tone is usually very civil.
As far as the number of days of the week you run: it sounds good to me!
As far as the marathon goes, I can tell you what happened to me: when I got back into running, I had some luck with 5K's for a few months. I tried to train for a marathon and trained myself right into achilles tendonitis; for me it was "too much, too soon".
I think it is great to have a goal, but what would be wrong with say, training to meet a 10K time goal? Then, because your body would have had time to meet the stress of training, you would be better prepared to undertake a marathon training program. I'd highly recommend training with your local runner's club.
Anyway, our club does not recommend you start our marathon training program unless you have had several months of 20 miles/week (30 km/week) prior to starting the program; personally I feel that 30 mpw would be a better base.
At any rate, good luck!
