5K = 3.10686 (or 3.1) Miles 10K = 6.21371 (or 6.2) Miles

Basically, take the value in meters and multiply it by the conversion factor 0.62137 to get the value in miles. (To go from miles to kilometers, multiply by 1.609347)

You'll probably also often hear 21K and 42K mentioned in reference to the half-marathon (13.1 mi) and full marathon (26.2 mi) distances, respectively.
