Hey GArunner, I average 3:50 - 3:55 per marathon. I'm moving to Smyrna this Saturday (11/1/03) and have no idea where any good running spots are yet. I'm open to meeting just about anywhere if it involves getting in a good run. I prefer trail running over hard surface. I'm planning for a handful of ultrathons next year and at least a few marathons. I train year round and usually log about 75-80 miles per week on average. I'm pretty open on my pace - I can run anywhere from 6:30/miles up to 10:00/miles on the long, slow runs. I normally do my long runs on Saturday mornings usually 20-24 miles of trails.
