i have been training for my first marathon (Jan.21) since sept. and it has been going great...two weeks ago i ran 24 miles with no problem, felt great. then this week suddenly i can barely run 1 hour...feeling very tight and no energy....could i have peaked? should i stopped running until the race...HELP!!!!
