I don't think you have anything to worry about as long as you don't have any injuries. Sometimes these mini-slumps happen as part of the training cycle. Your body knows when it needs repair. Keep training, do a lot of stretching, eat your carbs, and take your vitamin B complex. Be sure to get plenty of iron. Remember anemia trashed the great Alberto Salazar.
