I wouldn't panic; you might have a small bug (the body's resistance to these goes down when one is training heavily) or even be a bit dehydrated.

I'd push fluids (I've found that plain, old H2O and fruit juices work well) and make sure that I got my share of potassium and carbohydrates.

Good luck, and let us know how it goes!

One final thought: even if you did overdo it on that 24 miler, it isn't the end of the world. I once overdid a training marathon (day was too hot for the pace I attempted) 3 weeks prior to my goal race and showed up to the start line heavy legged and tired; yet I did ok.
