No, don't stop running, but it's time to enter the "taper" phase of your marathon training. Continue to run, but with your marathon only 11 days away, don't attempt any more very long runs. Maintain a steady base and during the week of 1/14-1/21, make sure that you cut back your mileage. There is a lot of information on "tapering" before a marathon on any of the marathon training sites ie: Kick Running, Cool Running, Runnersworld, etc. Hopefully Thumper and Yellowshark will expound upon what I've discussed here, and you have a good final 11 days of training!
