Anybody training for any of the Central Fl marathons in January? I'll be in the Orlando area in Dec and Jan and training long runs before Hops marathon in Tampa. I'm female and run in the over 50 age group so anyone looking to train some LSD in Orlando, Dec. please respond at this site if you want a fellow slow runner for one or two long runs on Sat or Sun. in Dec.
