...when I say that I'm being pursued during long runs, I'm referring to runs of 4-5 miles. Anything longer than that isn't long, it's impossible. I don't know how some of you out there run 8 or 9 miles. Do you train for that? How do you count the miles? Do you drive it in your car first? How long does it take? Do you time it with a watch? I know that I always have mindless advice to give to others, but in this case I am seeking yours. Please respond. Thanks. Thumper (aka Ollie)
