I am a wannabe in the worst sense. I'm training for a half marathon in May. I am starting out slow because I just had a baby. I finished my second week of 2 miles a day and I'm starting my first week of 3 miles a day. I hurt like crazy. I've been stretching the best I know how and popping the tylenol like no other. My legs and back are the worst. Is this normal or should I be seeing a doctor. (I'm not overweight just 5 pounds above my ideal). Any advice for a hurting beginner?
