Hi.
I too am injuered but qualified for Boston last May. I have been doing pool runinng for the past 2 months and just tried my first run on the treadmill todday. I made it a mile and 1/2 with very small amounts of pain. Just wanted to see if there was any more feedback on how others have done with small trianing and the walk/run thing...my goal is to finish under the 6 hour cutoff...and grab that medal!!
