There are a number of over 50 (and over 60) female runners in my area and some of them are really fast! I'm so impressed with your 25 years of running. I am 53 and started running about 7 years ago. I've run 4 marathons (most recently struggling through the Pikes Peak Marathon). I feel that I have slowed down some since menopause. I would love to BQ but would have to improve my best (and first) time by 40 minutes. Do you think it's possible? I would love to hear how other over 50s dealt with running and menopause.
