I have a moderate run on Sat. and my long run on Sunday. Tues. and Thurs. was my oldest son's football practice, so I'd lace up the sneaks, put the baby in the jogger, and my second son on his bike...we'd run round and round the field until practice was over! I'd have to "entertain" and offer friendly competition to my little biker or he'd get bored! Monday is my rest day and I'd either do my stairclimber on Wed. or get up and do a 45 min. run outside, just running up and down the road in front of my house. It's way too dark to run anywhere else! I live in a woodsy area!
It's difficult to find the time and I feel like I'm always trying to find a way to sneak in some miles!
How bad do you want it? Some one mentioned, making a hobby out of running, but I get soooo ridiculously competitive it gets awfully frustrating when I miss any runs...I wish I wldn't do that! I'm working on it. Ok, good luck. Hopefully, you can get one good thing out of this...
