I am a 41 yr old who has been training for my first marathon.I have found that on training runs that last more than 1 1/2 hrs that I have some leaking and I have done Kegel exercises to no avail.My question isn't how to fix this but what to wera during races to conceal this probem...Any suggestions?By the way...I am running my first marathon on this Sunday Aug 10th...It's the Marathon By the Sea in Saint John New Brunswick.Canada and it's a great marathon.See Runners World Magazine July 2002.
