Is this a serious question? I have read several articles about the benefits of running shoeless. It allows your body to naturally compensate for it's irregularities. I've found that ASICS is the best shoe to simulate a natural run. They have that gel-thing going but none of all that other built-up stuff. Unless you have access to the beach, you might want to give ASICS a try. It will be kinder to your feet in the long run (sorry the pun). Just my 2 cents. . .
