Hi There!
I am so excited to find this spot on the Marthonguide BB!
I've been using the run/walk method and have built up to doing a 55 minute 5K using the run/walk. So I am now thinking about a marathon!
So, which fall marathon should I sign up for? How much should I run in a week? I guess that the 5 miles per week I am doing right now isn't enough; would 10 be? 15? 20? (gasp).
