Edn, I agree with you that remarks should be truthful, not just tell others what they want to hear. Then again, everyone needs to do what works for them. They is no mystery secret. If you are in good shape your going to beat someone who is not in as good as shape. Edn, a Kenyan could beat you with high heels on cause he or she is in better shape. To an extent it has nothing to do with the things that we learn. Some is just natural ablility. So edn, just try and get along without putting others down.
