Hey Paul! If the long stuff is working well, forget about the 10K. Just remember that you have 20 more miles to run at that point. Besides, if you're training for the marathon, you are not going to have the good leg turnover needed in a 10K. At least that's what my College coaches told me! Good luck in your marathon. RNR girl
