Male. I have a desk job. This is really the first time I've noticed it, so it made me at least think about it a bit.
Only thing I can think that I could have done differently that day is that it was an off-day, and I continued with my normal fluid consumption (as if I were running that day) and my body didn't get rid of the excess.
All appears normal now. I did my 15 this AM just fine.
