I'll write to your address. Your predicted time is fine with me. The only thing I'm doing very different now than other seasons is a lot of leg presses (100 reps today at 230 lbs, takes me about 8 minutes). I'm also running anywhere from 1/2 to 1.5 MPH faster on the treadmill than my intended marathon pace, hoping that the leg presses and the faster pace will lead to a PR. For the last few months I've been running 30-39 miles/week, with "long runs" of 13-16 miles. Both the mpw and the long runs have to increase as Richmond approaches.
