No sweat (pun) about your training. Given the fact that this is your first marathon, you won't (better not) be trying to hammer it. My advise is to take it easy and enjoy the atmosphere, the sounds, and the people. Why, you ask? Because unless you are an Olympian, the goal of the first marathon is to come away with a positive perception of the sport so you will do more of them. Oh yeah, don't forget to gloat around your sedentary co-workers next week!
