Andi, I don't know what your background is. My guess is that a long run 4 weeks prior to the marathon is not optimal; but hey, unless you are a professinal runner, you training will seldom be optimal. Because your long run was 22 miles you should be ok.
In any event, your training should be well over and it is time for sharpening and resting.
Try not to worry and enjoy your last few days of taper! Good luck, and enjoy your race! Let us know how it goes.
