I have used Arts training guidelines during the 2000-2003 years. I ran a best of 325 at Disney and a solid 327 in 70 degree heat. Simply put, Art is the best coach and one of the most loving and understanding people I ever knew. I never would have made it without him. Please contact me at orgoman.com to discuss it at length.
