Thanks for the input. I feel I am improving slowly with the chiropractic care. We don't have any sports medicine docs in my small town, or I would go. We do have 2 orthopedic docs, but they don't run and aren't overly sympathetic. The best doctor for a runner is a doctor who runs. Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
