there are many chiropracticioners out there who are very knowledgable and are not scam artist. I do not pretend to know anything about chiropractics, or ortho for that matter, but I do have a M.S. in gross anatomy - and I have been a teachign asst to medical school gross anatomy for 2 years - and know alot of clinical correlations - and I have never heard of a "tilted pelvis" But again, I must admit that there is alot I havent heard of.
