Look up your local running club. They probably have a summer training program for women. Join it if you aren't too late. Then ask the coach your questions after class.
Now, maybe people here can help. We have physical therapists, podiatrists, PhDs, and runners here. What are your injuries? What were you doing when the injuries happened?
Sometimes injuries happen with an inadequate warmup, or uneven running surfaces, or hard running surfaces, or too quick an increase in weekly miles, or old shoes, or the wrong type of shoes, or cheap insoles, or too much vertical bobbing, or too much speed work (speed being defined as anytime you are completely airborne, and about to impact Mother Earth).
Ask us, but use one of the first two forums rather than this lightly entered "Personals" forum.
