I am starting to train again for my second marathon, i am 22yrs. I have been lazy and I am ready to work hard. I need some good leads to start my workout. I want to do one around the end of Feb. I need suggestions for speed workout, weight training, and just a layout for long runs. I am a TX girl, but currently in RI. Any ideas of ways to train in the cold or good places to run in the area. HELP, I miss running for a goal.
