Yes, I am the secret weapon! Been known to eat 'em up and spit 'em out! Olliemeister, you are correct about the go-nowhere bike being helpful. Have you considered swimming? It can relax you and stretch you out after a long/hard run. I swim 3 times a week during triathlon season and it really balances things out. I bet Bambi is quite a swimmer, eh Bambi?
