Actually, I've tried Glucosamine Sulfate and really did not notice a difference; I've had more luck with using physical therapy for my various nicks and pains. In particular, doing some stationary biking and some quad streching has helped me with knee pain.

Now James, Mike, (and whatever screen names you use), you had better watch this "picking on Thumper" stuff. Bambi is now my friend and, if you mess with me, Thumper, you mess with Bambi. Us forest animals stick together!
